Cancellation and Refund Policy

2. Cancellation windows and refunds

• Over 30 days: full refund less unrecoverable costs.
• 15–30 days: 50%.
• 7–14 days: 25%.
• Under 7 days: none.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days. Booking and amendment fees are non-refundable.

3. Consumer rights and data

We give clear information on the seller, services, prices and dispute resolution under Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv" vid 12 travnia 1991 roku No. 1023-XII, and our full name, location and contacts under Zakon Ukrainy "Pro elektronnu komertsiu" vid 3 veresnia 2015 roku No. 675-VIII. For packages, protections equivalent to Directive (EU) 2015/2302 apply. 4. Force majeure

If unavoidable, extraordinary circumstances at the destination (disaster, war, strike, epidemic, official restriction) prevent performance, you may cancel before departure with no termination fee and receive a full refund of payments, less irrecoverable costs, or a 12-month credit note.
