1. Operator
reverantis.com is a private entrepreneur (PE) registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU 91793203, represented by Managing Director Daniel Hansen. This identity and contact data are published under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.
2. Bookings
A booking binds you only after we send written confirmation and receive the deposit or full payment. You confirm the details are accurate and that you may book for every traveller named.
3. Prices and payment
Prices appear in the checkout currency and cover the services listed in the offer. Clear pricing errors do not bind us; we will offer the corrected price or a full refund. VAT is not added (single tax payer). Consumer information and dispute procedures follow the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991.
4. Itinerary changes
Weather, security, transport or other events beyond our control may require changes to routings, timings or accommodation of equivalent standard. We notify you promptly and, where a change is material, offer an alternative or the remedies in our Cancellation and Refund policy.
5. Cancellation, refunds and travel disclaimer
Cancellation deadlines, refunds and travel risk warnings appear in the Cancellation, Refund and Travel Disclaimer pages, part of these Terms. As a tour operator we disclose our financial guarantee and registration in the tourism register under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995.
6. Liability
We are liable for direct losses caused by our breach, up to the total price paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect losses or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits your rights under Ukrainian law.
7. Complaints
Write to contact@reverantis.com with your booking number. We reply within 10 business days and seek an amicable settlement before proceedings in Kyiv, Ukraine.
8. Data and cookies
We process personal data and set non-essential cookies only with your explicit consent, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010.
9. Advertising
Promotional materials on this site are identifiable as advertising and follow the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.
